Queue times out, but test emails have no issue

Hello everyone, Everything seemed to be working right until I tried to send my newsletter to the 4,000+ recipients.
All my tests work fine, but when it's time to process to all my subscribers, this is what I get (see attachment)
I'm using AcyMailing 7.6.1 on Joomla 3.10.3

A blank pop-up that displays this message after a couple minutes.

What could be the issue?

A possible reason could be that the batches you're sending are too large and/or your mails contain large images or attachments. You could try to reduce the number of mails per batch in Acymailing->Configuration->Queue process.

If you're not able to solve your issue, please share all settings you have in the Queue Priocess settings of your configuration.

My queue settings in v7 aren't much different from my setting in v5, and I had no issue. I used version 5 to send emails as recently as yesterday.

In v5 I was sending 40 emails every 3 minutes.
In v7 I have it set for 50 emails every 3 minutes.

I re-enabled AcyMailing v5 and sent the same email to the same mailing list and it's sending as usual, but v7 not a single email is sent. The pop up windows hangs for a while then reports a 524 Error.

Hi,

The way v7 renders your mails completely differs from v5.

Can you check what happens if you decrease your batch size to 10 emails?

I reduced both Manual & Automatic send processes to 10 emails, I got the same result. Error 524
I've even tried 3 emails, it still fails.
