You should use Joomla installation manager to update your installation and not by clicking the update button in the AcyMailing dashboard

    mihha I try to update v5.10.24 via de normal joomla com_installer extension update page (from 5.10.23) but I get a 'Failed to extract file: download.zip' Error message. Is something wrong with that new version?

        This helped me out. I had a hard time finding out where to download. Thanks to the hint here, I noticed that the download buttons were off screen, thus invisible. I had to scale the page down a lot, before the buttons eventually showed up.
