You should give access to the newsletter list in the list configuration

Look at the screenshot via this link":
https://compactweb.nl/00-extra/examples/acymailing/acymailing-list-access.png
When I read the information pop-up, it says to give access to their own lists.
Does that mean campaigns or lists of campaigns?
I've added 3 users to the usergroups which are added for this list.
But these users can still see only their own campaigns and not the campaigns of the other usrs in the access group.

This gives possibility to add access to all other users from Joomla user group to this specific list

I am afraid that you can't provide access to the specific campaign (email).

You can also allow access to the specific template if you edit template in the Templates feature

That's too bad. I would like to enable multiple users to work on the same newsletter.
But if they can only see their own newsletters, that doesn't work.

Is there really no way to set this up so that multiple users can see and edit each other's newsletters?

No, I am afraid that there is really no way to set this up

Hmmm. Thanks.
Is it an idea to submit this as a change request?
I can't imagine I'm the only one who would want this.

Yes, the idea is to open a feature request using our Feature request page

Our developers will take into account feature which many users request

This is crazy! You are now forcing people to update to this version but it seems it has lost this feature! I need this for the correct functioning of my website with admins. Alas it seems I will have to stick with the soon to be not-supported version which means I probably will have to cancel my subscription :-(

Why would you take feature out of a newer version?

This feature has been added in version 9.2.0

You say it has been added. How can it be activated?

I have a site (upgraded from Acymailing 5) with lots of old newsletters ("emails") and a user group that should be able to manage all of them and write and send new ones. Still that group can see only their own campaign emails in the frontend, not the ones made by other group members. If someone else adds a new one in the frontend (or in the backend) it is not visible/manageable for the others. This worked fine in previous versions. I have added the group to the template and to the list they will be sending to. Please, explain how to do it!

      Hi,

By default frontend users are only able to view their own created emails due to security measures in place.

To enable users to see each other's campaigns, you need to enable a security setting. This setting can be found in Acymailing -> Configuration -> Security, under the "Front-End Edition" section in the Advanced settings.
