Captcha error in unsubscribe link

Dear friends in AcyMailing,
I have a problem with the unsubscribe link in the email that customers subscribed to the newsletter receive.
The link in the mail should allow unsubscribing from the mailing list but the page returns the following error.
The captcha is invalid, please try again
The configuration in the visible captcha plugins should be correct as the newsletter registration pages work correctly.

I'm not resolve the problem.
Please check with the following credentials:

access to the site removed by admin. This is huge security risk for your website and server so please don't include such details in the public forum
