I updated to new version 7.7.6 and imported the settings. After deactivating old version 5, now its working well :-)

My site is also completely down after updating. This is really horrible. I have uninstalled the whole extension, but the error is still there...

and upload it to the /com_acymailing/ folder on your server

AcyMailing ... are you planning on provided an updated release so that this isn't a problem? It is happening on my test site as well as prod site. The updates should work automatically and not have manual fixes in order to get it to work. Thank you.

We installed version 5.10.26 and it generated a serious error on the platform, so we ask that you send us version 5.10.25 to reinstall and see if the error is corrected.

The error is generated by the module, but the component generates a change in the CSS of the platform, which was not present with the previous version.

The update released this morning 5.10.27 didn't fix the issue, but the manual fix described above solved the problem on three of my sites. Thanks @mihha

On my production server, I stayed on version 5.10.25. Is it safe to upgrade to version 5.10.27?

Same issue, I have the solution recommended by @mihha, but I am a rank beginner and do not know how to upload a folder to a specific location on the server. Do I do that within Joomla? I've looked all over and haven't been able to find out how to implement the solution or access the file system on the server itself. Meanwhile, home page is still down.

Hi, You need to use a file manager to do this. Your hosting provider might offer you one in your hosting panel, otherwise you can use a ftp client like Filezilla.

I am afraid that the issue is a result of Joomla core bug which hasn't been resolved for a very long time

Unfortunately, we can't influence this Joomla behavior in any way because the fix needs to come from Joomla core developers

on the localhost it works, but not on the online website, the error message remains -Class 'AcymailingRouter' not found!

Extracting the 'router' file did not work in my case, but the newest update worked and my site is back to normal.

Go to acymailing.com/account/license click Download for version 5: starter_v5.10.27_2022-03-23_15-31-21.tar.gz

For those of you that can still not access the backend of your site, It looked like my web root was not writable and it was not possible to update config files so I restored the Joomla config manually.
