Not seeing the names and the reasons of the unsubscribers

Hello,

We are using Acymailing Enterprise 5.10.10
In the past when we looked at the statistics of a certain newsletter, we could click on the percentage of unsubscribers and then the names of the unsubcribers to that particular newsletter would pop up including the reasons that they choose to unsubscribe.
Since a couple of weeks, that option is missing. When we click on the percentage a little black box will show up with the actual number of unsubscribers versus the total of recipients, but that is all.
I could not find any answers on the forum. Does anyone know what’s wrong? Is it because we have opted to put YES on FOLLOW ANONOMOUSLY on the DATA COLLECTION tab?

That's probably the cause. It makes perfect sense that you don't see the names when you set your data collection to anonymous.

You can still find your unsubscribed users in your user list though.

Ok. I already thought so. I wasn't able to find the reasons for unsubscribing within the user lists... Am I missing something there?

First find your user that is not subscribed to your list anymore. Click on the name and view the history. In the history you can click on details to see more information aout it. There you should also find the reason for unsubscribing.

I looked everywhere, but I could not find the reasons listed....

Acymaling/users -> find your user that unsubscribed
Click on the name of the user
Scroll down and open tab "History"
Click on "See details" in the "Details collumn" in the row that mentiones "Unsubscribed"

You'll probably find two lines about the unsubscription. One tells you for which list they unsubscribed, the other one will show you the reason and the newsletter from which the unsubscribtion was originated.
