How to filter my list based on engagement

I would like to be able to filter my list of subscribers based on how recently they have opened any of my emails, so that I can choose to stop sending to those who have not opened an email in a long time. Under segments, I can filter according to whether they opened a particular email from me, but how do I filter the list for anyone who has not opened any email in a long time, say the past year or so?

This is not possible for now

I know that our developer have this on their to-do list, but there is no definite date when the feature will be implemented

It would be a very useful feature, as recipient servers do notice if someone is sending a lot of emails that do not get opened, and it can damage your reputation as a sender.

So please pass along my request that this feature be added sooner rather than later.

"Filter my list based on engagement" As of today, this is the last request at the bottom of page 7 because the requests seem to be in reverse chronological order.

Kind of hard to believe this is not available, as sender reputation is so important to successful email campaigns.

Please, feel free to upvote the idea on the feature request page.

Also, keep in mind that people that read your mail, but do not download images and do not click on links are not counted as opened. So be careful with deleting users, you might delete people that actually do read your mails.

I did upvote the feature request, but your feature request page is ordered chronologically, so more recent requests like mine end up buried deep in the list. This seems to mean they are not easily seen and do not get many votes.

And I understand that there may be people who open but do not click, but I would still like to have the option of filtering my sending in this way. Other email services I have used do have this feature, and it can be useful for managing large lists.

PS: It might be nice to have the feature requests also sorted by whether or not they have been implemented. Maybe features that have been added can be moved to a different list, so that we can check quickly if a feature is now available. And also, this would mean we do not read through any features that have already been added.

I got a message from support saying that this feature will be in Version 7.9.9, which is coming soon. Here is what they said about it:

"There is a filter in the automations that does kind of what you described, but it is focused on one specific email at a time:
We prepared a new option for the v7.9.9 under the "Statistics" filter for users that have never opened any email. Maybe something like this would do the trick ?

It selects the AcyMailing users that never opened any campaign, and that have been existing for at least a year."
