Akeeba back takes forever processing acym_user_stat plus Mass Action problem

Hi,
I use Akeeba backup and it takes hours to process because of this table: acym_user_stat which shows in akeeba as having 1029905 records aparently. Is this normal? Can this table be cleared?

Secondly. When I try to create a mass action I get this error:

Call to undefined method AcyMailing\Classes\FieldClass::getAllfields()

I see this error has been mentioned before so can you tell mem how you fixed it?
