Acymail Post Request Redirect to Home Page

Hi Team
Having an issue with AcyMailing Post Request.
On Each I see request for POST /component/acym/frontusers.html?tmpl=component
Where the Acymail subscription form module is loading and it redirecting me back to Home page.
The issue is random but happening many times.
In Debug noticed 303 Request coming from Post request each time on visiting the article Pages. attached screenshot
Kindly suggest how to fix so it should not load during page load/ navigative to different pages of website.

PS: Disable the AcyMail module fix the problem as its from the Form.

Do you have any kind of sef extension like sh404SEF or similar installed?

Hi No sh404 extension or any other used on website.
There are some redirections in .htaccess only that seems normal.
Any other clue or avoid it to load?
