Language user seems to get forced to English

Recently updated to version 8.0.0 and now our new subscriptions get forced to English language while Dutch is also installed. I cannot seem to choose Dutch at the user level at all. It doesn't show up there.

Can you try to update your Acymailing to the latest version, currently version 8.2.0? It might resolve your issue.
