Link tracking stopped working

I've been reliably using Acy's link tracking feature for years. Sometime in the last month, my emails no longer have their links changed to send to the tracking bit first. For example, when my emails had a link to some other site it'd be changed to something like https://mysite.com/index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=fronturl&task=click&urlid=2048&userid=52662&mailid=3397. I'm not sure why this has started happening. I've confirmed that my configuration->data collection->Tracking is still set to Acy rather than Google. Does this link change happen in a plugin? Not sure where to look.

I'm staying current with the releases, at the moment v8.4.1.

Hi jvstratum we are also facing same issue on our WordPress installation. We are using AcyMailing Enterprise

Thank you for pointing out the not working link above. It was due to a typo and is now corrected.

You're using an outdated Acymailing version. Please update to the latest version (currently 8.4.1) and check if that resolves your issue. If that does not resolve your issue, please use the above link to raise a support ticket.
