Acy Mailin 6 From Ajax Error

Hello I am using acymailing 6 on my customers sitel and recently reported a problem with newsletter form.
When the user submits his/her newsletter he get a response of Ajax Error.
By checking the nginx server log I see:

I am using Joomla 3.8

I am sorry, but we really can't provide support for AcyMailing 6, when we are on AcyMailing 8.x now

Please update your AcyMailing to the latest version and see if that will help

To be honest, I have no idea 🤔

That version of Joomla is almost 5 years old and to find out the answer, you should create a cloned copy of the site and test this on your own

Hello, I have updated to joomla 3.10 and php7.4. I uninstalled old versoin 6 from acymailing but whe nI try to install version 8 I get the error:
"Unknown column 'parent_id' in 'where clause'"
