Acymailing doesn't send my mail

I am a newbie to this. I am a super user, running Enterprise 8.6.3 on Joomla 4.3.3 PHP 8.1.12. The site is hosted on godaddy.
I have configured Acy mail according to instructions. I had it working at one time, but now I can't send campaigns to any selected list. After going thru the steps I get to the end, I hit send now and it looks like it is going but it never sends an email. I test good on sending test email. I need some expert advice.

Hi, I also noticed today that neither of my sites sent the smart newsletters. From some reason the cron did not trigger like it should have. It was working fine each day up until today, now its not working. I am on version 5.11.8. This was the result and again it happened on two separate, Entrerise licensed sites so something is clearly broken. Please let me know why both site crons would stop working at the same time??

Also, I want to let you know that Acy5 is 10x better than Acy 7 or 8. Because you did not move many of the v5 features into the newer versions, which is quite unfortunate, you should consider continuing to provide v5 support forever.

ted-8415 I am experiencing the same problem since this afternoon. Automatic sending is not working anymore.

There is really no need to hijack another thread in the forum post. Even if your issue is similar, it can be completely different

Also, you can open a separate ticket to list the feature which you are missing from AcyMailing v8, so our developers can take it into the consideration, since support for v5 will definitely be stopped by the end of January 2024.

mihha You are incorrect, I am not "hijacking" anything. That seems to be a go-to response for you in many of the threads in this forum so maybe you need to tone down the power trip you are on.

We are all experiencing the SAME EXACT ISSUES from what I can see. Do you prefer 5 separate threads from users who all have the same issue? No need to be so rude.

Clearly the Acymailing automated cron has stopped working for everyone and it is a bigger issue than a one-off.

The same here. Last Monday it did also not work. Yesterday it worked. Today again not sending (v 8.6.3).

The issue with the cron job activation has been fixed few hours ago, so you are free to enable it on your site

Hijack successful! Everyone had the exact same issue, issue was addressed by dev team, and problem is now solved.
10 duplicate threads and 20 support tickets with exact same issue avoided. #efficiency

Do you think that I am a developer who can influence something and resolve the issue with the service?

Maybe you think that your support request will be solved much faster if you show lack of respect to the support person?
