Please try the following.
Run a database integrity check. You'l find it in Acymailing->Configuration->Security at the bottom of the page under the Advanced Configuration tab.
Update your Acymailing tot the latest version (currently 8.7.3).
In case the issue persists go to Acymailing->Configuration-> Mail settings and scroll down to the Email editor section and disable the Save thumbnail option.
