Good morning,
I need to send an email with a 10.8 MB PDF file attached, but when I send the email, the PDF is not attached.
With the old versions of Joomla and Acymailing I was able to send it without problems, but after an update made a short time ago I noticed this problem.
I don't want to send the link, I would like to include the pdf, because some can't open the link, others can.
How can I solve it?

Did you make sure that your file upload limit set in the PHP environment is higher than 10MB?

mihha The value is set to 25 MB.
I tried to compress the PDF up to 5.7MB but it still doesn't work.

Did you check if the PDF file is actually uploaded to the file system and folder specified in AcyMailing Configuration?

Great that you showed me the configuration, but can you also show me that the PDF file is in that folder on the server?

What happens if you send this PDF as a link (by disabling the embedding parameter in the AcyMailing Configuration)?
Is this PDF then accessible for the download?

mihha The file is in that folder, I checked with ftp, I also uploaded it via AcyMailing and he suggested that folder to me.
If I send it via the link, some devices can download it, others cannot.

What happens to the devices that can't download it?

Do you have any error message?

I am sorry, but I can't replicate this on my test site

Please open a support ticket using our contact form so I can take a look

Initially, in the configuration, the path was indicated incorrectly, with the symbol "\" instead of "/".

Reading on the forum, the user modified it, but perhaps he didn't reload the attachment and therefore the wrong path remained.

          All is good now
