Newsletter missing unsubscribe header

Hi.
I've enabled the feature in the plugin as said in the guide, but still mails sent out doesn't contain the List-Unsubscribe header.

Am I missing something else? Thanks

Hi,

You need to add an unsubscribe link to your newsletter or template:

Click on the tags button when editing your Newsletter.
Select the tag menu "subscription"
Insert the tag which will be replaced by a valid unsubscribe link.

I do have an unsubscribe link (wrapped in {unsubscribe} tags), what I want is the unsubscribe header.

The {unsubscribe} tag will add the unsubscribe link and unsubscribe header to your mail.

{unsubscribe}Your text here{/unsubscribe}

Do not add a link, Acymailing will do that for you.

Does that come from your e-mail or is this the code in your newsletter?

If you see that in your e-mail it means the tag has not been replaced. Tags are replaced via the plugin system.
So if you modified some of our plugins to make them accessible for "registered" only or "special" users then you may have this kind of issue. Please access the AcyMailing plugins via the Joomla Plugins manager and make sure they are all with a "public" access.

Otherwise try to remove the tag and add it again and test again.

jvstratum this is from the backend > newsletter. In the received email I correctly see the unsubscribe link, I tried and works correctly.

I meant I see the LINK, not the HEADER!

Do you use Elastic Email or any other 3rd party service to deliver your mails?

No, we just deliver with local SMTP (Postfix) server. We add DKIM header at this stage.

Hello, I have same issue.
When sending first email to administrator, I have list-unsubscribe header, but all other my customers don’t have this header.

Every email has correct unsubscribe link into bottom.

Also I am installed acymailing to my test site, and have same issue with standard template.

Please check this issue.
