CNAME records installed in DNS. Server still not not validated after 24 hours.

ACY Mailing v8.8 Essential installed, initially using PHP as sender. Test message sent OK but would not send to a list or a campaign. ACY support could not assist with PHP so I upgraded to Enterprise version, and changed to ACY sending service. Error message to say domain was not validated. ACY Support provided CNAME codes, which were installed on DNS. Error message persists. The Report states: "You have unverified domains preventing emails from being sent, please verify them. The license key that you've entered is not matching any license on our website"

Have waited 24 hours and no change. Referred to second level support but no response - maybe they are busy, but I wonder if anyone else can advise? Thanks

Trust me when I say that here in the forum, no one can help you regarding this.

Only second level support can do that, so please be so kind and wait for their reply
