hi all,
I transferred my Joomla website to WordPress successfully. But AcyMailing has problems with templates I used in Joomla. Now in my WP-website I can see the old Joomla templates. I successfully copied one, made some changes. Then I wanted to start a new EMail based on that template and I get an empty editing window.
I still see the new template and can change items but creating an email based on that template does not work.
Any ideas?

btw I'm using starter edition but have issues because I subscribed to essential version which does actually not work.
My Subscription is to extend in september and I hope it will work then.

@jvstratum
thanks for your response. As I read your link I see first step is to move from Starter version 9.8.1 to my essential license to have the same version as in Joomla. When I look at configuration site there is NO way to enter my license key.

and I can't find it anywhere else.
What can I do now?
thx

Ok essential 9.8.1 is now installed. In the up right corner there is still a hint I should attach my license. But my license number is shown and is active.

What to do now?
thx

Hi,

Can you try this:

  1. delete the license key from the license key field
  2. save AcyMailing configuration without clicking the Unlink button
  3. try to link the license again

Even without an attached license you should be able to get your templates working. Did you follow all steps and also ran the database queries?

    thanks that did it. License is now OK.
    Now I'll try the UPDATE tables.

    @jvstratum
    The Update tables only changed 2 lines for the last table:
    UPDATE wp_acym_user SET cms_id = 0;

    Then I first logged-out and in WP and now I created a new E-Mail based on my template.
    Still no content to see:
