Front-end language selections are not saving

I am trying to have my newsletter subscribers click on an "Unsubscribe" link in their email to prompt them to select their language preference for future mailings (i.e. English or Spanish).

None of my subscribers have usernames/passwords, so this is public-access front-end management of their AcyMailing profile.

The unsubscribe link works and displays both the select box for language preference as well as a list of all lists the user is currently subscribed to.

Subscribing/unsubscribing from lists works fine. However when the user makes a language selection, it is not being saved.

Has anyone else had this issue? What is the fix?

Please check if you have set this parameter to "Yes".

Thanks for your reply.

I'd previously had that option set to "Only their subscription". I changed it to "Yes" but the issue still persists: the language preference change isn't being saved.

I have an active Essential license and the first thing I did was submit a support ticket at that link. That was 10 days ago and I have received no response from AcyMailing support.

I will go ahead and re-submit my information again.

You have opened your ticket on 5th April, and I replied to it on 6th of April.

You have opened my reply on 6th April as well
