No template on unsubscribe page

I have another question. If I click the unsubscribe button in the confirmation email, I will be redirected to the unsubscribe page. This page does not contain my Joomla template. This page is completely without template and formatting. How can I integrate the unsubscribe page into my template?

Thanks for the feedback. It cannot be due to the template, since this problem also occurs with the Protostar template. The screenshot shows that the template cannot be seen, only the output of acymailing. I want the output of acymailing to be displayed in the content area of the template.

This is what the URL of the unsubscribe link looks like:

http://mydomain.com/index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=frontusers&task=unsubscribe&id=2&key=yQYDGLZIcia5HZ&tmpl=component&mail_id=11

If I remove tmpl=component from the URL, the template is also displayed.

Can I change the unsubscribe link?

In that case, please raise a support ticket via Acyba's website (https://www.acyba.com/contact-us.html) and inlude login credentials for your backend and a link to this thread.

jvstratum this is simple override but not solve the problem that is not showed the template. in here you can modify the contest but not the presence or not of the template. It depends on the link you call.

You're replying to an old post. Meanwhile an option had been added to display the unsubscribe page in your site's template.

In Acymailing->Configuration->Subscription click on Advanced Configuration and scroll down to enable these two parameters.
