Emails not send

Hi,
I run my campaign but I saw that in the last 150 contacts it has failed in 98% of cases. It should have tried several times but it wasn't.
For example:
"Your opinion is important for us!","xxx@xxx.xx","2020-02-29 15:44:43","1","0","0","","0",""
What could be the problem?
In this case can I somehow take the list of contacts in which he failed and try to resend the email? if yes, how?

Hi,

Sure you can use the mass action feature.
In this one you will be able to select users based on statistics and select the ones who didn't receive some specific email.

As regards this

I am not sure to understand 🙂 Did you have a look to the detailed queue? ("AcyMailing > Queue > Detailed Queue"). Are you failed records in there?

ok, I managed to understand how to send the email again to those who failed but how can I understand why the sending of the emails has not been tried several times and not once?

Hi David,
Did you check: Acymailing > Configuration > "Maximum number of tries"

"Try X times to deliver the message. If it still fails, ... do nothing or ... dropdown list ..."
