I had an old and heavy website, an old database and full of unnecessary stuff. However, ACymail works perfectly on it.

I did a clean install of joomla, and installed acymail start 6.6.1. I use the same SMTP configuration as I do on the old site, where it works perfectly, but on the new site there's no way. Now, de acymail update to 6.7.3.
He says he sent the test email, but it never arrives. What can it be?

I tried to use the phpmail function of my server but it does not allow it.
I use the same SMTP configuration for my joomla site and it sends the email perfectly.
