Hi,
just tried to update and problem still exists. Luckily it hasn't locked me out. Maybe take the update down until this has been fixed as creates a whole load of work to put our sites back.

Hi,
as I wrote in the previous message, you should update this version using manual upload of an installation package after you removed the AcyMailing from the Joomla using an installation manager
Hi There,
our Site is also broken due to the last update. We even cannot access the backend. This is very critical for us, because we just started advertisement for the webpage content (online webinars).
Pre-Thanks for help.
Update:
We cannot navigate inside the backend (e. g. "Return to Control Panel")
I'm so afraid to update now
So just to confirm, is this how we should update?
1) Uninstall AcyMailing 6 from the website
2) Re-install using the latest update?
Please confirm because the last time I updated was a nightmare.
Thanks!
I have run into the same problem, after trying to update my site doesn't work!
I need help to fix the issue!
Hi,
Please do the following:
Having got burnt with the 6.18.3 version upgrade and the K2 Plugin still does not work. Is it safe to upgrade to 6.19.2? This has been a real disaster for our site so far and have not been able to use any of our K2 based newsletters.
Hi,
That issue has been solved, you can safely update your Acymailing. It's always a good idea and best practice to create a backup before you start, so you can easily revert if things go wrong.
Thank you the 6.19.2 upragde work well.
However, the K2 plugin continues not to work and has not worked since the bug recovery process after the 6.18.3 faulty uprgrade.
It seems that during the process to recover from the failure of the 6.18.3 (ie deleting the acymailing folder then reinstalling the component. The plugin its shown as installed but it is not. So I cannot reinstall from the plugin library and when I try to delete the plugin it says it is not found. SoI am prevented from reinstalling the plugin. How can I delete it from the component?
Hi,
Please open a support ticket on our website.

I managed to restore a backup from my Webhost and now everything is working again.
Ive followed the various threads and replies here but its still not clear the recommended path for upgrading. Im currently using 6.19.3 and attempting to upgrade to 6.19.3. so do i remove folder and subfolder /administrator/components/com_acym or uninstall?? upgrading or installing manually kills my site
